Hi Wendy - I am a Montessori mom with a 3.5 yr old child in a school fully accredited by IMC and AMI. I really wanted to find a workbook that suited the Montessori curriculum, but sadly, there were parts that did not follow the cursive writing and the difficulty in math level. For example, they do not really encourage 1+3=4 type of math at this stage (they go straight into 1354+394=?). But I also love other aspects of your book such as the puzzles (i.e. the pumpkin + number stripes) and the cutting exercises. It would also be GREAT if your book is distinguishable by 3/4/5 yrs old (since it is a large book catered for a large age group range). Phonics (in the 3-part process) is another important aspect of Montessori language that I did not see from the sample (which may be in the larger booklet). But overall, I sincerely applaud your dedication to create this wonderful booklet which I believe the children will greatly benefit from and I will still buy (but just cringing at the thought of killing a few trees!).
